PEI-US-2020
The Electoral Integrity Project has conducted a series of expert surveys monitoring the quality of American elections across all states since 2014.
To maintain this series, and examine any new challenges arising on November 3rd, the project has conducted another study following the 2020 U.S. presidential elections. The dataset allow users to compare changes to the perceived integrity of successive contests across all 50 states plus DC from 2016-2020.
The survey was directed by Pippa Norris at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
You can also download previous reports for 2016 and 2018. Any comments are warmly welcome.
The PEI-US-2020 dataset (at expert and state-levels) and Codebook will be released to users via EIP’s dataverse in mid-December 2020.
